Gym temporary closure
Dear customers and members of the Crux community
As you know, we are in a difficult situation which requires us to take exceptional measures.
Management is working to put in place measures that will minimize the impact of the center's closure.
Here are the measures that will be applied:
- Memberships with monthly payments: They will be freezed at no cost. This is done automatically.
- Prepaid memberships: We will extend the end date of your subscription. This is done automatically.
- We will follow up with all clients who reserved a class for rescheduling.
- For the competition team, communications will be sent to you personally.
